4. Qualify EVERY BUYER that comes into our office or makes you an offer before a formal offer is written.
5. Have EVERY potential buyer sign our exclusive Non-Disclosure statement prior to receiving information about your offering.
6. Discuss with you the "bad" as well as the "good" in ALL offers and try to SAVE YOU MONEY whenever possible.
7. We help you avoid problems and assist you, should any problems come up.
8. We help you with the PRICING, ESCROW & SETTLEMENT.
9. We work in STRICT CONFIDENCE.
10. We prepare your offer and REPRESENT YOU - the seller.
11. We help your buyer OBTAIN FINANCING. We assist buyers in obtaining commercial loans, and small business loans.
12. We place your offering in the Multiple Listing Service (for a small additional fee).*
13. We estimate your net proceeds at the time of sale.
14. We FOLLOW THROUGH on your sale until it closes and you get your check.
15. We protect you with our SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
16. We charge you NO FEE unless your property sells, and then we are paid at closing.
